Bosch relies on sceye throughout Europe in the rough working environment of incoming goods, not only for the capture of accompanying letters (customer letters, purchase documents, warranty letters, etc.).

A direct integration into the in-house SAP system allows the scanning and archiving of customer documents.

In a web-based process for repair processing, sceye was directly integrated into the browser.

Within the framework of a WTS application, a scan is triggered on the server side, which is implemented on the client side with the locally connected sceye scanner.

In another case, the capture is distributed over several workstations, each of which uses sceye Autoscan to fully automatically capture the documents that were previously assigned to the corresponding goods receipt process by means of a barcode. In the case of multi-page receipts, these are combined into one electronic document before being forwarded for archiving.

Alternatively, a context-based scanning solution is already in use, where sceye is used to capture the receipts directly in a repair context.

This saves the need to apply a barcode, as the context can be used directly to index the documents.

The decisive factors for Bosch were above all the maintenance-free nature of sceye and its flexibility for all documents, as well as the fast capture of individual pages as a direct part of an existing process step. Documents are available in the system and thus to the service hotline without delay.
