Professional maximum format document scanner with a detection area of 480 x 360 mm and 10 MPix optical resolution. Particularly suitable for capturing oversized documents.
The extra-large capture area of the sceyeX A3+ scanner captures objects larger than A3 with a single scan – in just one second. From large forms, extracts from maps and building plans to entire LP covers. Any unnecessary margins are automatically removed and the document is rotated straight. If desired, scanned documents are automatically saved in PDFplus format – including OCR text.
The basic software package includes

In addition, the Pro software package offers an extended range of functions. The Autoscan function enables scanning without pressing a button. To do so, simply place the document in the laser frame while the programme is running – sceye Autoscan automatically takes the snapshot, straightens the document and cuts it to size. Entire document stacks consisting of any number of single or multi-page documents can be processed fully automatically – neither keyboard nor mouse operation is required. If desired, the documents can be saved in the PDFplus format. PDFplus files contain the documents‘ full-text information (OCR text) in addition to the image data. This indexed document is searchable and compatible with both Windows Search and Spotlight (Mac). sceyeX A3+’s especially developed
book mode captures both pages of a book in one scan, automatically removes elements (such as the fingers holding the book) from each image and thus ensures an optimal scan result.
