Office Management: Registered letter with digital accompaniment
Up to 100 registered letters are still sent out every day.
The following must be documented:
On the letter: RECO sticker
On the routing slip: RECO number, sender, and recipient
Until now, each routing slip was stamped when it was handed over to the POST AG and then handed over to the sender.
With sceye it is now possible to digitally record the RECO letter in the post office.
During the scanning process, the RECO number is automatically recognised and assigned to the sender.
The image of the RECO letter is imported into the tracking and tracing tool.
The recipient address is read out (all data is stored in the database) and the sender receives a confirmation e-mail with all mailing data including a link to the scanned image.
For dispatch, a routing slip is generated for all RECO letters of the day.
The POST AG confirms the delivery with a stamp as usual.
The stamped routing slip is again captured in the post office with a sceye reflected light scanner.
The information is sent back into the tracking and tracing tool and the sender receives another confirmation e-mail about the successful dispatch. All data is now electronically retrievable in the long term.
