In highly integrated electronics, circuit boards are fitted with hundreds of tiny components (transistors, diodes, relays, ICs, buttons, sensors, resistors and many more).
For each component, complete documentation of all details is required, such as batch identification, production date, production site or country of origin.
These must be evaluated in the event of troubleshooting.
Since manual recording of the relevant data used to be time-consuming and error-prone, sceye is now used for simplified batch recording.
As soon as the batch is placed in the laser-projected scanning area, the system automatically triggers a scan and records all the information (whether on a roll, bag, or blister package).
By accessing a database, the context is automatically determined and the scan is saved for the current batch.
If required, the original image of the incoming goods can be retrieved at any time to read all the important information.
