Nowadays, the exchange of documents between tax advisor and client increasingly takes place electronically. This procedure enables companies to make faster and more timely entries, while the originals can remain on site.

With sceye, all documents are scanned in seconds and can be transferred directly to Inland Revenue or the tax consultant’s office with the help of the DATEV software “Unternehmen online”. Thanks to the sceyeX overhead document scanner, this is guaranteed to be done without paper jams and completely maintenance-free. The multiscan function is particularly effective, allowing several small documents to be scanned at the same time. Even stapled pages can be scanned directly from the file folder.

In the tax consultant’s office, too, sceye is often used to scan client documents. A particular strength is the native use of sceye in a WTS environment. This offers advisors access to their own company resources from any location and any device. In addition, the maintenance effort is reduced because the infrastructure can be monitored centrally. Thus, applications are only installed and regularly updated on the server. This saves time because the applications no longer have to be installed on each user’s computer.
