Our software component XR RIS scan in combination with a sceye scanner makes it possible to scan all paper documents such as patient questionnaires, preliminary results, referrals, supplementary sheets, consent forms, lab results, etc. in a matter of seconds and without any effort and to save them for the patient.
This means that a completely paperless workflow can be realised and carrying papers around becomes obsolete. sceye is used for scanning the templates.
This electronic information is immediately available in all work areas for the examining RTs or the assessing doctors. This means that examinations can be carried out without loss of time and the additional information can be viewed in case of need. The archiving of the documents in the memory-saving PDF format also leads to better security with regard to billing and legal certainty.”
