The receipts can be scanned directly when they are booked – while you are still reading them. This is not only quick and easy – it also offers a high level of process reliability. Since the voucher is saved directly to the booking record, the otherwise time-consuming and error-prone process of subsequently assigning vouchers is eliminated. We call this process context scanning, as the scan takes place directly in the context of the voucher, thus eliminating the otherwise often necessary subsequent assignment of a scan to a booking record.
